Dr.
Fox facilitated the outpatient eating disorder program at Alvarado Parkway
Institute from 1990 – 1992, using cognitive-behavioral group and family
therapy interventions.
- In
1999, Dr. Fox began working with active duty servicepersons and their
families at the Navy Fleet and Family Service Center, using short-term,
solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
Research:
- Dr.
Fox has done research in communication, linguistics, and literary
style; gerontology; doctor-patient relations; drug addiction; human
attachment; father-daughter relationships and eating disorders.
